Is Chinese too difficult?
I don’t like Chinese. It’s too hard. You must have heard this from one too many kids (they’re probably primary and secondary school students, aren’t they?).
A dislike for Chinese is often “nurtured” through unpleasant learning experiences and outdated, poor teaching techniques. This aversion can be extremely strong and very difficult to dispel if allowed to entrench itself in a child.

Joseph is overall in charge of curriculum planning and delivery for both our Preschool and Enrichment divisions. He has over 20 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design and school leadership with the Ministry of Education (MOE). As a former Superintendent under MOE, he supervised the operations of 15 schools.
Joseph also spent 6 years as Principal of Maris Stella High School, overseeing both the Primary and Secondary sections.

Chen Ying has 22 years of experience in Chinese teaching, teacher guidance, curriculum planning and teachers’ training. She is mainly responsible for the research, design and creation of the Chinese curriculum of MindChamps, and provides training for the Chinese teachers in MindChamps.
