General Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Plan and execute the company direction and growth and develop strategy and business plans.
  • Provide guidance and strong leadership on strategy, business planning as well as day to day operation and programming in centers within the assigned region
  • Set budget and targets and monitor the company’s performance
  • Responsible for driving the efficiency and productivity of the team to meet and exceed business targets and operating requirements (including the regulatory requirements within the assigned region)
  • Anticipate, eliminate and mitigate possible challenges or obstacles in meeting objectives
  • Manage and maintain overall business unit profitability in terms of project and maintenance related activities.
  • Develop strategic marketing goals and directions to build a strong brand story
  • Create and manage new business pipelines (local and overseas)
  • Handle ad hoc projects and any other duties as and when assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or their equivalent. OR Bachelor Degree in Education (esp Early Childhood Education)
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in the early childhood sector with deep knowledge of the operating landscape
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Director, Franchise Sales

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise sales strategy to identify and recruit qualified franchisees to join MindChamps’ preschool education brand.
  • Meet with key prospects, select, shortlist & recommend qualified franchisees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential franchisees, guiding them through the franchise discovery process and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential franchisee territories and evaluate the competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential franchisees.
  • Conduct financial and operational due diligence on prospective franchisees to ensure they meet the company’s criteria for franchise ownership.
  • Negotiate and close franchise agreements with prospective franchisees, working closely with the legal team to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees during the launch and early stages of their business, ensuring they have access to the training and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that franchisees are delivering a consistent and high-quality experience to their customers.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the company’s franchise opportunity
