The 3 Characteristics of the Champion Mindset

With years of research into Neuroscience and the behaviours of extremely successful individuals, Emeritus Professor Allan Snyder was able to distil the 3 main characteristics these champions shared:

  1. Their abhorrence to being ordinary.
  2. Their courage to confront conventional wisdom.
  3. Their conviction that adversity – even failure – is integral to success.
