Number 1 Our MindChamps daily menu provides children with 85% of their energy requirements and 100% of their essential vitamins, minerals, protein and fibre requirements.
Number 2 All our recipes and meal plans are carefully designed to ensure children receive the nutrients required for optimal growth and development. These essential nutrients include iron, calcium, zinc, iodine, folate, omega-3’s, vitamin A, fibre, and more.
