1. MindSpace Centre Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee the daily operation of the centre.
  • Implement quality standard for all programmes in centre.
  • Handle centre tour; operation portion.
  • Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report etc)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage admission and initial screenings for potential clients

4. Payroll & HR Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Payroll processing for BU in Singapore, approximately 300-400 headcount (OT calculation, IR21 submission, Year-end tax submission, CPF Refund, payroll reports and levy reports etc.)​
  • Maintain, create and offboard employee profiles in the HRM system in an accurately and timely manner.​
  • Attend to employees’ queries on HR internal processes, C&B policy, and payroll related matters. ​
  • Submission of payroll related claims such as NS make-up pay, and government paid leaves.​
  • Assist in the Group insurance and WICA claims submission.Involve and assist in documents preparation for audit purpose. ​
  • Leave Management – Grant leave, leave accrual, year-end carries forward leave exercise/encashment.​
  • Administer of MOM surveys submission. ​
  • Supports in annual performance appraisal exercise, salary review and bonus pay-outs. ​
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation pertaining to payroll documents.​
  • Provide support in HR/payroll-related projects.​
  • Ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the manager.​

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.​
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.​
  • Ability to maintain confidentially and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.​
  • Good command of the English language.​
  • Strong numerical skills with an eye for details.​
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and able to work independently.​
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
