Our teacher-child ratio is well below the standard guidelines set by ECDA – 1:3 at MindChamps Infant Care versus 1:5. This means that your infant or toddler will get the care and attention he/she needs from our team of passionate educators.

Our infant care programme uses the S.M.I.L.E.S.™ (Sensory, Motor, Intellectual, Linguistic, Emotional and Social skills) approach – our educarers are trained to include S.M.I.L.E.S.™ elements in the routine care process to stimulate the development of your child’s key skills during his/her first year of life.

Our infant care area is fully equipped with all the facilities and materials infants and toddlers need. This includes age-appropriate furniture and play-learn materials, as well as basic care items for feeding and diaper changing.

As our infant care area sits within the same premises as our preschool centre, your child will manage the transition between infant care and playgroup much more smoothly due to being more familiar and comfortable with his/her learning environment.

The MindChamps Way Teachers’ Training

We are the only infant care provider where teachers, regardless of previous qualification or experience, undergo up to 200 hours of compulsory training and accreditation. This prepares our infant educarers to stimulate your child’s development throughout the routine care process.
