JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description

  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high level placements in print, broadcast and online media to publish company information.
  • Creates PR programs that positively position MindChamps Group of Companies and align closely with marketing campaigns, using communications and practices, to reinforce the company direction and message.
  • Manage media inquiries and interviews requests
  • Create content for press releases, by line articles and keynote presentations
  • Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results to senior management

Senior Manager, Curriculum and Training
The Senior Manager, Curriculum and Training is responsible for developing, implementing and ensuring the quality of the training programmes for MindChamps PreSchool and MindChamps Reading & Writing (MRW) Centres.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, develop and implement the PreSchool and/or MRW programme for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of MindChamps.
  • Develop, plan, prepare and implement the training programs for PreSchool and/or MRW teachers and assistant teachers.
  • Ensure that MindChamps Preschools and/or MRW Centres deliver the curriculum in accordance with the guidelines and parameters established and in accordance with the training and curriculum guidelines as outlined by the Director of Curriculum and Training.
  • Ensure that the learning environment, resources and training style provided is consistent with the excellent standard expected and maintained in all MindChamps PreSchool and/or MRW Centres
  • Conduct Quality Assurance to ensure that MindChamps Preschools and/or MRW centres deliver the curriculum in accordance with the guidelines and parameters established and in accordance with the training and curriculum guidelines as outlined by the Director of Curriculum and Training.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance to ensure that the learning environment, resources and training style provided is consistent with the excellent standard expected and maintained in all MindChamps PreSchool and/or MRW Centres.
  • Supervise, train and mentor the teachers in order to ensure the most effective use of MindChamps curriculum materials, physical resources and teachers/assistant teachers.
  • Responsible for identifying the teachers’ training needs and actively involved in the professional upgrading of teachers’ skill-set and mindset.

Locum Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide individualized Occupational Therapy intervention for children with a wide range of developmental challenges (eg. motor coordination disorder, sensory processing disorder, or autism spectrum disorder)
  • Conduct group Occupational Therapy classes if required (eg. in the areas of handwriting and socialization)
  • Establish good therapist – parent relationships through regular feedback and open communication. This includes providing parents and caregivers with updates on the child’s progress and relevant home strategies and recommendations after each session with the child.
