Corporate Office

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high level placements in print, broadcast and online media to publish company information.
  • Creates PR programs that positively position MindChamps Group of Companies and align closely with marketing campaigns, using communications and practices, to reinforce the company direction and message.

  • Create content for press releases, by line articles and keynote presentations

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategic oversight of our search marketing efforts for the brand(s)
  • Collaborate with other internal and external teams to ensure a strong and cohesive search marketing practice, maximizing the performance of campaigns ranging from acquisition efforts to branding programs and original content launches.
  • Oversee the development, direction, and optimization of paid search campaigns

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contributes towards corporate strategic plan for branding and marketing of company products across various countries

Education (PreSchool/Enrichment)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, supervise and deliver the programme in accordance with the policies, guidelines, frameworks and philosophy of MindChamps
  • Prepare and implement programmes and age-appropriate teaching aids
  • Keep accurate records of the children’s progress and address the children’s educational and developmental needs individually
  • Complete the progress reports of the children for each semester and prepare developmental portfolio for every child
  • Communicate with parents via the Connection Book at least once a week, weekly team newsletters and conferences
  • Meet the parents to address any concerns
  • Use positive discipline techniques at all times
  • Guide and supervise the Assistant Teacher in the classroom
  • Render basic first aid as and when necessary

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide individualized Occupational Therapy intervention for children with a wide range of developmental challenges (eg. motor coordination disorder, sensory processing disorder, or autism spectrum disorder)
  • Conduct group Occupational Therapy classes if required (eg. in the areas of handwriting and socialization)
  • Establish good therapist – parent relationships through regular feedback and open communication. This includes providing parents and caregivers with updates on the child’s progress and relevant home strategies and recommendations after each session with the child.
  • Be proactive in keeping abreast of developments in the field of Pediatric Occupational Therapy

  • Conduct IQ tests and provide reports enrollment in Special Education Schools
  • Provide Psychology assessment for exemption of second language or accommodation for children with learning challenges
  • Provide Individual Education Plan (IEP) for clients
  • Hold social skills classes on topics such as turn-taking, anger management etc.
  • Provide parent training to parents of children with developmental needs on topics such as play skills, introducing non-verbal communication etc.

Requirements:
