Corporate Office

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high level placements in print, broadcast and online media to publish company information.
  • Creates PR programs that positively position MindChamps Group of Companies and align closely with marketing campaigns, using communications and practices, to reinforce the company direction and message.
  • Manage media inquiries and interviews requests
  • Create content for press releases, by line articles and keynote presentations
  • Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results to senior management

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Communications/Marketing

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain an inventory of advertisements and manage the ad server software.
  • Build or assist in the development of a website
  • Manage websites and perform continual maintenance; this can includes links, database, and other functions
  • Provide web space for individuals and businesses
  • Web programming (knowledge of HTML codes, HTTP, and javacript required)
  • Marketing of websites on various platforms including other sites and search engines; determine ad structures, pricing, placement, etc.
  • Plan for future changes to the website

Job Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, revise and/or manage contracts and other legal documents.
  • Assist in the management of litigation and other contentious matters, if any.
  • Manage the Company’s trademark portfolio, including filing and updating applications and registrations, renewals, oppositions and liaising with external trademark agents and attorneys.
  • Assist with corporate secretarial matters for the Company and its subsidiaries, including drafting of resolutions, taking of minutes, ACRA filings, maintenance of registers, etc.

Education (PreSchool/Enrichment)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement the training programmes for MindChamps Infant & Toddler Teachers and Educarers.
  • Ensure that the centres deliver the MindChamps Infant & Toddler curriculum in accordance with the guidelines and parameters established and in accordance with the training and curriculum framework.
  • Ensure that the learning environment, resources and delivery of the MindChamps Preschool Infant & Toddler Programme are consistent with the standards set.
  • Supervise and mentor MindChamps Preschool Principals, in order to ensure the supervision of the implementation of the MindChamps Infant & Toddler curriculum is met at the standards set for the Principals.
  • Be responsible for identifying MindChamps Infant & Toddler Teachers’ training needs and be actively involved in the professional upgrading of our Educarers’ skill-sets and mindset.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the Infant Care division
  • Bachelor in Early Childhood Care and Education and preferably with a Diploma in Teaching and Leadership in Early Childhood Care and Education

  • Plan, supervise and deliver the programme in accordance with the policies, guidelines, frameworks and philosophy of MindChamps

  • Complete the progress reports of the children for each semester and prepare developmental portfolio for every child

  • Use positive discipline techniques at all times
  • Guide and supervise the Assistant Teacher in the classroom
  • Render basic first aid as and when necessary
  • Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations and learning environment of the classroom
  • Be familiarised with all working curriculum documents, handbooks and policy manuals

Being a cornerstone of MindChamps’ pre-school business, this leadership role is responsible for the smooth running of the various preschool centres to meet the Company’s business goals and curriculum objectives.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the various preschool centres
  • Enhance the learning outcome for the centres under management. This includes guiding the centres on curriculum-related matters, mentoring the centre principals and staff and ensuring quality assurance.
  • Mentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approach to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies
  • Chart the direction of the centres and development milestones to meet organisational goals
  • Ensure continuity of staffing needs so as to support effective delivery of the curriculum and provide conducive and safe environment for the children

  • Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or 2 years’ experience as an Enrichment teacher in Gym movement, Music and Performing Arts
  • Preferably with 1 year of experience working with young children aged 18 months to 6 years in theatre/speech & drama, music and movement programmers

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide individualized Occupational Therapy intervention for children with a wide range of developmental challenges (eg. motor coordination disorder, sensory processing disorder, or autism spectrum disorder)
  • Conduct group Occupational Therapy classes if required (eg. in the areas of handwriting and socialization)
  • Establish good therapist – parent relationships through regular feedback and open communication. This includes providing parents and caregivers with updates on the child’s progress and relevant home strategies and recommendations after each session with the child.
  • Be proactive in keeping abreast of developments in the field of Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Requirements:

  • Full registration with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
  • Diploma, Degree or Masters in Occupational Therapy
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide individualized Speech Therapy intervention for children with a wide range of speech and language challenges

  • Assess and provide a formal diagnosis of developmental conditions e.g. Autism, Dyslexia, Global Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, Dyspraxia through a written report
  • Conduct IQ tests and provide reports enrollment in Special Education Schools
  • Provide Psychology assessment for exemption of second language or accommodation for children with learning challenges
  • Provide Individual Education Plan (IEP) for clients
  • Hold social skills classes on topics such as turn-taking, anger management etc.
  • Provide parent training to parents of children with developmental needs on topics such as play skills, introducing non-verbal communication etc.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Psychology
  • Has experience in the field of Paediatric Psychology
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
