Terms and Conditions
1. Charter dates are subject to availability.
2. Dates and times of charter can only be locked in with 100% confirmation. 100% confirmation entails full receipt of payment for yacht charter.
3. Weekdays are from Monday to Thursday and weekends are from Friday to Sunday.
4. Charter time slots for SunRise: 9am-1pm, 130pm-530pm and 6pm-10pm, subject to availability. Charter time slots for SunRider: 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm and 6pm-10pm, subject to availability.
5. Each charter onboard SunRise is subject to a maximum of 18 guests regardless of age, excluding Captain and crew. Each charter onboard SunRider is subject to a maximum of 16 guests regardless of age, excluding Captain and crew.
6. A $200 surcharge applies on eve and on public holidays.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
8. All charters onboard SunRise include: use of vessel, Captain and boat crew, fuel, post-charter cleaning, utilities, karaoke system as well as 1 kayak, 1 stand up paddle, 2 snorkel kits, 2 fishing rods (excluding bait) and 1 floating mat.
