Childhood cancer stands as the second leading cause of death among children in Singapore, with approximately 180 to 200 new cases diagnosed each year.* These cases span a spectrum of cancers, from leukaemias and brain tumours to sarcomas and beyond. The cancer journey is an arduous one for both the child and their family.
At MindChamps, we want to make a difference.
This year, we invite you to join the “I am Grateful” Movement. Our young Champs will show their gratitude to family, friends and the wider community by raising funds for the VIVA Foundation for Children with Cancer. VIVA is a Singapore-based charity focused on saving lives through research, advanced medical care and education. MindChamps’ mission is to nurture a world of MindChampions who embody the 3 Minds (Champion, Learning and Creative) and develop the 10 Attributes of a MindChampion. Through this year’s initiative, we are instilling in our Champs the attribute of Gratitude.
Your generous contribution can help save lives and ensure that more children have a future filled with hope and possibility.
As a token of our appreciation, our Champs have crafted beautiful cards to express gratitude to all our donors.
Thank you for being an integral part of our
“I am Grateful” Movement!

Our Champs will also be joined by a new friend – Kashita, from the planet Oro’tika, and her robot companion Cutie. These fun, engaging characters help integrate storytelling and education, nurturing the Three Minds in every child.
As they share stories and learning experiences with Kashita, our Champs will build confidence and empathy as well as developing the Ten Attributes that contribute to their social and emotional maturity – while helping others in need.

Founded in 2006 by Mrs Jennifer Yeo, the VIVA Foundation for Children with Cancer (VIVA) is a Singapore-based charity with Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status. Our mission is to save the lives of children with cancer through excellence in medical care, research, and education.
Among the many global health challenges, childhood cancer remains one of the most underfunded and under-recognised. VIVA is
committed to changing this reality. By advancing research, enhancing access to the latest medical knowledge, and supporting
the training of healthcare professionals, we strive to give every child with cancer the best possible chance at life.
Beyond treatment, we recognise the importance of supporting survivors as they reintegrate into society. The VIVA Life Programme was created as a holistic initiative to help childhood cancer survivors return to life with confidence, strength, and purpose.
