Job Responsibilities:

Your key role would be a SaaS Project Executive, working closely with the Deputy Director where you’ll manage and support projects within a SaaS environment (e.g., EdTech / CRM / Salesforce), ensuring successful delivery of software solutions by overseeing scope, timelines, resources, and client expectations, while also fostering strong client relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Project Management, IT)
• Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS (EdTech, CRM, Salesforce products) or technology environment. Knowledge of UX/UI, Mobile APP and Web Development preferred but not essential. Prior experience with early childhood or enrichment daily systems operations would also be highly considered

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide level 1 and 2 technical support (onsite and remote) to end-users on hardware and software-related issues
• Assist end-users by answering to calls, emails and chats regarding technical issues
• Manage IT support tickets, plan and prioritise systematically and minimise backlogs as well as escalate the incidents when necessary
• Update and maintain documentation such as administration and user guides
• Maintain IT assets and inventory
