A Sensory Learning Experience About Nature and the Environment with Play-Doh

In collaboration with Hasbro Singapore, our K2 Champs in all our preschool centres were treated to a virtual Play-Doh workshop recently where they went on a learning adventure of the natural habitats of the world and the creatures that make these places their home.

With a choice of Endangered Rainforests and Pond Micro-Habitat themes, the workshop trainers brought our Champs through the basics of colours with some interactive activities. And then it was time to work on their sensory skills and creativity as they kneaded and mixed their way through the different colours of Play-Doh to create the animals and bring their natural habitats to life.

Indeed, it was a truly fun and enriching experience for our young ones as they learnt the importance of caring for our environment and the little things they can do to ensure that the species of animals around us can have a place to call their home.
