Top Employer Award – A new win!

Besides standing out as the most preferred brand by consumers, MindChamps also emerged as a top employer based on its efforts and initiatives to engage employees.  The organisation was awarded this accolade after scoring above national benchmarks in company audits by Influential Brands®.

As the MindChamps brand is synonymous with the organisation’s culture of excellence and the values that empower the Champion potential within, this win can be traced back to the organisation’s six core themes of Consistency, Realistic, Excellence, Accountability, Teamwork and Energy, which make up the word CREATE – as shared by Michelle Peh, MindChamps’ Chief Brand Officer and Group General Manager.

Additionally, Joanne Ng, MindChamps’ Director of Human Resources explains that the core themes come alive when we strike a balance between the creative and practical, the individual and team, hard work and the sheer pleasure of achievement.  “The word CREATE gives us the impetus to create a fun and enriching work environment at MindChamps,” she elaborates.
