MINDCHAMPS PRESCHOOLTHE BROOKS II

We knew right from the start that MindChamps Preschool was our only choice after visiting a centre. The school has a very comprehensive academic curriculum and excellent programmes to provide a holistic education for every child.

From their daily needs to their music/physical enrichment, MindChamps PreSchool @ The Brooks II has always ensured a high standard of operation and delivery. Because of this, we feel at ease leaving our children in their care.

The culture of care is evidently visible from the entire staff of The Brooks II Centre, be it teaching or non-teaching staff. We are very thankful for caring and responsible teachers like Ms Dewi, Ms Evelyn Foo, Ni Laoshi and Jiang Laoshi.

Janelle and Joseph look forward to going to school daily. Once, Joseph had a mandatory 5-day MC and could not attend school. He cried endlessly and begged to attend school. That incident shows how much he enjoys lessons.

Thank you, Ms Linna, Ms Dewi, Ms Evelyn Foo, Ni Laoshi, and Jiang Laoshi for creating such a conducive and loving environment for all the pre-schoolers!

The teachers and staff of MindChamps PreSchool @ The Brooks II are caring and responsive.

They are attentive to things that may seem insignificant to outsiders but are important to us, for example, my son’s tummy trouble.

His teachers monitor the situation and mindfully give him his supplements at the right time. They are also receptive to feedback, and adjust and follow up with parents accordingly.

In terms of facilities, the rooms are reasonably sized. I like the padded gym where my son can jump and run without fear of getting injured.

We are very grateful to the director, principal and teachers of MindChamps PreSchool @ The Brooks II for their love and care towards our son!

They are very warm and patient to the children under their care and always understand what we parents are worried about. They also make us feel at ease by sending regular photo updates of our son and communicating closely with us!

Because of this, the day after our second child was born, we immediately enrolled him/her in MindChamps. We have the utmost trust in this preschool and look forward to witnessing the day both our children go to school together hand-in-hand!

We are so thankful for Ms Linna and her faculty of amazing educators at MindChamps at The Brooks II, for everything they do on a daily basis for our children.

They are always warm and full of love. It’s assuring to know that our children are in good hands because the teachers keep in close contact with us and respond quickly to any concerns we may have via the communication app. We love the personal touch and genuineness that the centre gives us every time!

The centre is also big on being green and eco-friendly so it’s usual to see really creative displays done up by the teachers using recycled materials in school. This is wonderful as it teaches our young ones not only about saving Gaia but also how we can be less wasteful and more creative!

Truly an amazing team and we have nothing but great things to say about them. Can’t wait to start our younger one in Play Group next year!

My child is very happy to be in MindChamps PreSchool @ The Brooks II. The school management and teaching staff are professional and there is ample communication between the school and parents.

The Brooks II is equipped with the latest and newest technology to ensure that our child is in a good and clean environment.

Our child is well taken care of, learning lots and most importantly, she is very happy! 🙂

Since our return to Singapore in late 2018, we have enrolled both of our girls in MindChamps PreSchool @ The Brooks II.
For our elder daughter, Yu Xin, the teachers patiently nurtured her English and Chinese proficiency to a sufficient level in preparation for her entry into Primary 1 in 2022. Looking back, it was by no means an easy feat, considering where she started. She is now halfway through Primary 2, and that foundation has definitely helped her.

Our younger daughter, Yi Xian, started at MindChamps in the PG class and is now in K1. She has formed strong friendships with her peers and developed close ties with the teachers. The school’s transparency and safety measures during the pandemic speak volumes about their high level of preparedness. We trust the school to take care of her well-being and growth.

In the past year since Benedict joined MindChamps PreSchool @ The Brooks II, we have witnessed massive and exponential development in terms of his academics and character-building. Both his oral and written English have made great strides. He frequently converses in English at home now. He has become more keen and curious about things around him, asking questions about how and why, picking up little knowledge here and there, and gaining a deeper understanding of the world. It brings us great joy to see our son enjoy going to school every day, thanks in large part to the efforts of the friendly and approachable teachers and staff, who have created a nurturing environment for him to thrive and concentrate on learning new knowledge. Sometimes, he even reenacts what is taught in school for us. In this environment, he has grown more confident and self-assured.

MindChamps provides different musical lessons for its students, including woodwind instruments (recorder) and stringed instruments (violin), allowing them to explore the broader spectrums of music, which parents may not have the time or ability to do. Benedict has since developed an appreciation for classical music and has been asking me to get him violin lessons. As parents, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all the teachers and staff for their continuous care, support, collaboration, and, most importantly, patience. We thank you for your endurance, quality care, enthusiasm, diligent efforts, and passion that you provide each and every day. My son feels very comfortable and tries to follow his teacher as a role model at home.”

As Nelson Mandela once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” Education shows us the importance of hard work and, at the same time, helps us grow and develop.
