What goes on during a MindChamps PreSchool Welcome Day
In Singapore, parents are spoiled for choices when it comes to choosing the perfect preschool for their little ones.
To help make this process simpler, preschools in Singapore would organise open houses which give parents the opportunity to get to know their shortlisted preschools better.
For MindChamps PreSchool, our open house events are termed as Welcome Day – which is a dedicated day for parents and children to drop by to experience the curriculum and learning environment at our centres. Teachers will then use this opportunity to engage with the parents and answer all their queries related to the curriculum, learning experience and the centre as a whole.

Bite-sized Previews at MindChamps PreSchool @ Serangoon
During the Welcome Day event at MindChamps PreSchool @ Serangoon, a series of mini sessions were organised to give parents a sneak preview of what goes on during lessons time.
Some of the programmes which were featured include Natural Literacy™ which covers the aspects of language and literacy, as well as NeuroMooves™, which combines the learning process with the physical and neural growth of children.
And then there was the craft-making session, which proved to be a hot favourite! Both parents and their children got to create and decorate a goodie bag which they could take home with them.
While the kids got busy with their craftwork, one parent from each family attended a short talk which further explains the MindChamps curriculum.

A fruitful day with Mummy & Daddy!
Indeed, parents and their little ones had non-stop fun through the activities, moving from Natural Literacy, NeuroMooves and Art and Craft. Laughter and giggles filled the rooms as they participated earnestly!
After enjoying the line-up of exciting activities, parents and their children got to know the teachers at MindChamps PreSchool @ Serangoon better. They also got a better idea of the learning environment at the centre – and the little ones were more than happy to bring home their colourful bag of goodies.
